We want everyone who contacts Bangbike Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Still, Bangbike Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

Steps to File

Email contact@bangbike.skin and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A short summary of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Send It

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Resolved?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state contractor licensing board may help with licensed contractors.
